Noticeboard

Welcome to The New Surgery

Repeat Prescriptions

pharmacist_6Certain medications can be given on a repeat basis without having to see the Doctor. If your medication can be repeated, you will be provided with a counterfoil (a tear off strip at the right hand side of your prescription) with a list of your medication thereon.

When you need a repeat prescription, you can either submit your counterfoil to the surgery via the prescription post box (located to the left of the surgery door), request online at https://www.patientaccess.com/ or use the NHS app or post it enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.

For more information please

Annually you will be asked to see/speak the Practice Pharmacist in order for a review of your prescribed medication. You may also need to see the practice nurse for some annual checks depending on your health conditions.  You will be notified when this is due on your counterfoil or via text.
